The motion to allow the applicant Show Fong Lu to represent her sister, Roberta Lu, and the corporate applicant is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number M39181, dated December 6, 2010 is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête présentée par la demanderesse Show Fong Lu en vue de représenter sa sœur, Roberta Lu, et la personne morale demanderesse est accordée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro M39181, daté du 6 décembre 2010, est rejetée avec dépens.
