The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0903-0217-A, 2010 ABCA 365, dated December 2, 2010, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
