JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The request for an oral hearing of the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C51970, 2011 ONCA 654, dated October 20, 2011, is granted. The hearing is scheduled for June 7, 2012.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande pour la tenue d’une audience de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C51970, 2011 ONCA 654, daté du 20 octobre 2011, est accueillie.
