La demande d’autorisation d’appel des arrêts de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéros 500-10-004753-107 et 500-10-004792-105, 2011 QCCA 1896 et 2011 QCCA 1898, daté du 3 octobre 2011, est rejetée sans dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The motions to file an amended memorandum of argument in support of an application for leave to appeal and to extend the time to serve and file the amended memorandum of argument are dismissed.
