The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA032618, 2008 BCCA 175, dated April 24, 2008, is dismissed.
The appellant is ordered to show cause under s. 44 of the Supreme Court Act why her appeal as of right should not be quashed for want of jurisdiction. The show cause hearing shall be heard on December 8, 2008.
