                         JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion for a stay of execution,  all other miscellaneous motions and the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number M38449, dated February 2, 2010, are dismissed without costs.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accordée.  La requête en sursis d’exécution, les autres requêtes diverses et la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro M38449, daté du 2 février 2010, sont rejetées sans dépens.
