The applications for an extension of time and for an oral hearing of the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C44505, 2007 ONCA 556, dated August 1, 2007, are granted.  The hearing will be held on October 6, 2008.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
