The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1001-0100-A, 2012 ABCA 27, dated January 27, 2012, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
