JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C53770, 2011 ONCA 730, dated November 16, 2011, is dismissed with costs.  In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C53770, 2011 ONCA 730, daté du 16 novembre 2011, est rejetée avec dépens.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée avec dépens.
