The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1001-0315-AC, 2012 ABCA 170, dated June 4, 2012, is dismissed with costs according to the Tariff.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Alberta (Calgary), numéro 1001-0315-AC, 2012 ABCA 170, daté du 4 juin 2012, est rejetée avec dépens, dont le montant sera établi conformément au Tarif.
