La requête du demandeur pour déposer une seule demande d’autorisation conjointe à l’égard de deux arrêts de la Cour d’appel du Québec est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel des arrêts de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéros 500-10-005348-139, 2013 QCCA 667 et 500-10-005372-139, 2013 QCCA 668, datés du 15 avril 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The applicant’s motion to file a single joint leave application from two judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Numbers 500-10-005348-139, 2013 QCCA 667 and 500-10-005372-139,  2013 QCCA 668, dated April 15, 2013, is dismissed without costs.
