The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AF 12-30-07839, 2013 MBCA 27, dated April 5, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
