JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  All other ancillary motions are dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1001-0321-AC, 2013 ABCA 106, dated March 26, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  Toutes les autres requêtes accessoires sont rejetées.
