The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the respondent’s response is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C55984, 2013 ONCA 157, dated March 18, 2013, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
