JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs.  In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C55171, dated April 18, 2013, would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est rejetée avec dépens.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C55171, daté du 18 avril 2013, aurait été rejetée.
