JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion for a stay of execution is dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Number CA 406161, 2013 NSCA 40, dated March 26, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La requête en sursis d’exécution est rejetée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Nouvelle-Écosse, numéro CA 406161, 2013 NSCA 40, daté du 26 mars 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.
