The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA040375, 2013 BCCA 505, dated November 20, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
