JUDGMENT

 

The motion for leave to intervene of Michael Dow, Gwendolyn Miron and Peter Teolis is dismissed without prejudice to their right to apply for leave to intervene in the appeal.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C54560, 2013 ONCA 769, dated December 19, 2013, is  granted with costs in the cause.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête pour permission d'intervenir de Michael Dow, Gwendolyn Miron et Peter Teolis est rejetée sous réserve de leur droit de demander l’autorisation d’intervenir dans l’appel.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C54560, 2013 ONCA 769, daté du 19 décembre 2013, est accueillie avec  dépens selon l’issue de la cause.
