JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and the motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply are granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1203-0165-A, 2013 ABCA 250, dated July 12, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
