The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number M42590 (C34654), 2013 ONCA 567, dated September 17, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
