| JUDGMENT The motion for a sealing order is dismissed. The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Number CA 341127, 2011 NSCA 2, dated January 6, 2011, and Number CA 341131, 2011 NSCA 56, dated June 9, 2011, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Belfast Mini-Mills Ltd. and International Spinners Ltd. In any event, had such motion been granted, all ancillary motions would have been dismissed and the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed with costs to the respondent Belfast Mini-Mills Ltd. and International Spinners Ltd. |
