JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1203-0205-AC, 2013 ABCA 362, dated November 1, 2013, is dismissed with costs to the respondent, Colleen McLeod.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 1203-0205-AC, 2013 ABCA 362, daté du 1er novembre 2013, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée, Colleen McLeod.
