The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA041379, 2014 BCCA 12, dated January 10, 2014, is dismissed with costs. The application for leave to appeal having been dismissed, the sealing orders in the lower courts are set aside and the materials filed with this Court are to be unsealed. |
