JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réplique est accueillie.  La requête visant à obtenir un sursis d’exécution du jugement de première instance est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel du jugement du Tribunal des Professions, numéro 500-07-000788-129,  2014 QCTP 1, daté du 6 janvier 2014, est rejetée avec dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply is granted.  The motion for a stay of execution of the judgment of first instance is dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Tribunal des Professions, Number 500-07-000788-129, 2014 QCTP 1, dated January 6, 2014, is dismissed with costs.
