The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion to seal the file and restrict access to its contents is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA040916, dated October 23, 2013, is dismissed without costs.
