JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motions for a stay of execution and to appoint counsel are dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA040184, 2013 BCCA 538, dated December 13, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.   Les requêtes visant à obtenir un sursis d’exécution et sollicitant la nomination d’un avocat sont rejetées.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA040184, 2013 BCCA 538, daté du 13 décembre 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.
