La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la cour martiale du Canada, numéro CMAC-561, 2014 CACM 8, daté du 13 juin 2014, est accordée.  L’appel sera entendu avec les appels Sous-lieutenant Moriarity c. Sa Majesté la Reine – et entre – Soldat M.B.A. Hannah c. Sa Majesté la Reine (35755) et Soldate Alexandra Vézina c. Sa Majesté la  Reine (35873).

 

JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, Number CMAC-561, 2014 CACM 8, dated June 13, 2014, is granted.   The appeal is to be heard with the appeals Second Lieutenant Moriarity v. Her Majesty the Queen – and between – Private M.B.A. Hannah v. Her Majesty the Queen (35755) and Private Alexandra Vézina v. Her Majesty the Queen (35873).
