The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Numbers 1303-0189-AC and 1303-0190-AC, 2014 ABCA 404, dated November 28, 2014, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéros 1303-0189-AC et 1303-0190-AC, 2014 ABCA 404, daté du 28 novembre 2014, est rejetée avec dépens.
