JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1103-0297-A, 2013 ABCA 207, dated November 27, 2012, is dismissed.  In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la  demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 1103-0297-A, 2013 ABCA 207, daté du 27 novembre 2012, est rejetée.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
