The motion for an extension to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 2014 QCCA 1180, 500-09-023077-126, dated June 10, 2014, is dismissed with costs.  In any event, had such a motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 2014 QCCA 1180, 500-09-023077-126, daté du 10 juin 2014, est rejetée avec dépens. Quoiqu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
