JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories, Number A1-AP-2011000006, 2014 NWTCA 02, dated April 1, 2014 is dismissed. In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, numéro A1-AP-2011000006, 2014 NWTCA 02, daté du 1 avril 2014, est rejetée.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée sans dépens.
