The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, Number S1-CA-1298, 2015 PECA 4, dated March 26, 2015, is dismissed with costs to the respondent, the Commission Scolaire de la Langue Française.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, numéro S1-CA-1298, 2015 PECA 4, daté du 26 mars 2015, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée, la Commission scolaire de la langue française.
