JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C55620, 2014 ONCA 694, dated October 9, 2014, is dismissed. In any event, had such a motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C55620, 2014 ONCA 694, daté du 9 octobre 2014, est rejetée. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
