The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and the motion to file a lengthy memorandum of argument are granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C59715, 2015 ONCA 493, dated July 3, 2015, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
