The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-358-14, 2015 FCA 222, dated October 20, 2015, is granted with costs in the cause. The appeal is to be heard with Hamlet of Clyde River Inc., et al. v. Petroleum Geo-Services Inc., et al. (36692).

 

JUGEMENT
