JUDGMENT

 

The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and for the appointment of counsel are dismissed.  In any event, had such a motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C51071, 2011 ONCA 825, dated December 23, 2011, would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

Les requêtes en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation et en nomination d’un procureur sont rejetées.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour de l’Ontario, numéro C51071, 2011 ONCA 825, daté du 23 décembre 2011, aurait été rejetée.
