JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-151-14, dated March 26, 2015, is dismissed with costs. In any event, had such a motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai pour signifier et déposer la demande  d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-151-14, daté du 26 mars 2015, est rejetée avec dépens. Quoi qu’il en soit même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée avec dépens.
