The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to appoint counsel is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1303-0059-A, 2015 ABCA 375, dated December 7, 2015, is dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La requête en nomination d’un procureur est rejetée.
