The motion for a stay of execution is dismissed. The motion to adduce fresh evidence is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C60392, 2015 ONCA 695, dated October 19, 2015, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
