The motion to add the Inuit Representatives as a party is granted with costs. The conditional application for leave to cross-appeal is dismissed without costs. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C59310, C59311 and C59320, 2016 ONCA 241, dated April 4, 2016, is granted without costs.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en vue d’ajouter les Représentants des Inuits comme partie est accueillie avec dépens. La demande conditionelle d’autorisation d’appel incident est rejetée sans dépens.
