The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and to file a single application for leave to appeal are granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1501-0147-A, 2016 ABCA 402, dated April 12, 2016 and Number 1501-0147-A, 2016 ABCA 270, dated September 19, 2016, is dismissed.
