The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Québec), Number 200-09-008738-145, 2016 QCCA 1202, dated July 21, 2016, is dismissed with costs to the respondents,  the Fédération des producteurs acéricoles du Québec and the Attorney General of Quebec.
