The motion to allow Margaret Wines to represent the applicant is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C61744/M46634, dated January 19, 2017, is dismissed with costs to the respondents, Ari Kulidjian and Robert Frederick Byers.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête présentée par Margaret Wines en vue de représenter la demanderesse est accueillie.
