JUDGMENT

 

The motion to appoint an amicus curiae is granted.  The application for leave to appeal and the application for leave to cross-appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C61097 and C61110, 2017 ONCA 582, dated July 10, 2017, are granted.
