La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est rejetée avec dépens.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-142-16, daté du 25 janvier 2017, aurait été rejetée avec dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs.  In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-142-16, dated January 25, 2017, would have been dismissed with costs.
