La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-09-027540-186,  2019 QCCA 1386, daté du 16 août 2019, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimé, C.L., conformément au tarif des honoraires et débours établi à l’Annexe B des Règles de la Cour suprême du Canada.

Le juge Kasirer n’a pas participé au jugement.
