JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C66092 and C66093,  2019 ONCA 644, dated August 7, 2019, is dismissed with costs fixed at $3,000.00, as agreed by the parties.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéros C66092 et C66093, 2019 ONCA 644, daté du 7 août 2019, est rejetée avec dépens au montant de 3 000,00$, comme convenu entre les parties.
