The motion to join two Court of Appeal of Alberta files in a single application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Numbers 1803-0214-A and 1903-0115-A, 2020 ABCA 332, dated September 18, 2020, is granted.
