The motion to join two Court of Appeal of Manitoba files in a single application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Numbers AR20-30-09532 and AR20-30-09533, 2021 MBCA 77, dated September 15, 2021, is dismissed.
