The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C69822 and C69828, 2022 ONCA 330, dated April 28, 2022, is dismissed with costs to the respondent, Toronto Community Housing Corporation.

 

Jamal J. took no part in the judgment.

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéros  C69822 et C69828, 2022 ONCA 330, daté du 28 avril 2022, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée, Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
